1. About these terms
1.1 These terms apply to your use of the website at https://ledzo.in (the "website"). The website is run by LEDZO INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 2013 (CIN U62011TS2026PTC219876) ("LEDZO", "we", "us"). Our registered details, including our registered office and the contact for queries and grievances, are shown at the foot of our home page and on the Corporate information page.
1.2 By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1.3 Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. It forms part of these terms.
2. What this website is for
2.1 The website tells you who we are, describes the products shown on it, and lets you contact us by email. It is free to use. The website itself has no accounts, no sign-in, no forms and no payments. A product described on it may have its own website, with its own sign-in and terms (see section 7).
2.2 The information on the website is general. A product description summarises what the product does or is built to do. Features can change at any time. Nothing on the website is professional, legal, tax, accounting, regulatory or technical advice for your situation. Please do not rely on it as such.
3. Nothing on this website is an offer
3.1 Nothing on the website is an offer to sell, supply or do anything, and nothing on it creates a contract. We do not publish prices.
3.2 When you write to us, including by using an "Enquire" button, you are asking us to get in touch. When we reply, we are continuing that conversation. Neither step creates any obligation on you or on us.
3.3 We work only under a written agreement signed for LEDZO by an authorised signatory of the Company. Any proposal, estimate or scope we send you is an invitation to discuss, and binds us only once it is part of such a signed agreement.
3.4 Descriptions of how we work (for example, that every engagement starts with a written scope, or how quickly we aim to reply) describe our practice. The binding terms of any engagement are the ones in the signed agreement.
3.5 A status shown next to a product, such as "Enquiries open", tells you that we are taking enquiries about it. A product may also be shown with no status and with a button that takes you to its own website. Neither is an offer, and neither is a promise that the product will be available to you, on any terms or by any date. Any use of a product is governed only by that product's own terms and, where there is one, the written agreement described in 3.3.
4. Using the website properly
4.1 You may view, download and print pages for your own information, including to check our company details.
4.2 You must not:
- use the website in any way that breaks the law, or for fraud;
- try to get unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any system connected to it, or test its security without our written permission (see 4.3);
- interfere with how the website works, for example by overloading it, sending automated requests in bulk, or introducing malicious code;
- use our email addresses to send spam, advertising, abusive or unlawful content, or anything you do not have the right to send;
- pretend to be someone else when you contact us;
- copy large parts of the website, or scrape it, for reuse elsewhere, other than by search engines indexing it in the normal way.
4.3 Reporting a security problem. If you believe you have found a security weakness in the website, please tell us at hello@ledzo.in with enough detail for us to reproduce it. Please do not access or change data that is not yours, and give us reasonable time to fix the problem before telling anyone else. We will not take legal action against anyone who reports a weakness to us in good faith and follows this paragraph.
4.4 Misuse of the website may also be an offence under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
5. What you send us
5.1 Please send only information you are entitled to share. Please do not send us confidential information, trade secrets or detailed unpublished ideas in a first enquiry.
5.2 An enquiry does not create a confidentiality agreement. If a conversation needs confidential information, we will first agree a written non-disclosure agreement with you.
5.3 We may already be working on, or may later work on, ideas similar to ones you send us. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, sending us an idea does not create any obligation for us to pay for it, keep it confidential or refrain from similar work. We will not, however, publish what you send us.
5.4 We handle the personal data in your enquiry as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
6.1 The website and its content, including its text, design, graphics and layout, the name LEDZO and the LEDZO logo, and the product names ComGate and Ledzo Books, belong to LEDZO or to those who have licensed or permitted their use by us. They are protected by Indian law, including the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999.
6.2 These terms do not give you any right to use our name, logo, product names or content, other than as allowed in section 4.1. In particular, please do not use them in a way that suggests we endorse you or are connected with you, without our written permission.
6.3 You may link to the home page of the website, as long as you do so fairly and lawfully and do not suggest any association or endorsement we have not agreed to.
6.4 Other names that appear on the website, such as WhatsApp, belong to their owners. We use them only to describe what the products shown on the website work with. Their use does not mean that their owners endorse us, partner with us or have approved those products.
7. Links to other websites
7.1 The website links to Ledzo Books at https://books.ledzo.in. Ledzo Books is a separate service. These terms do not apply to it; the terms and privacy information it provides apply when you use it. Please read them before you sign up.
7.2 The website may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
8. Availability and accuracy
8.1 We try to keep the website available and the information on it correct and up to date. Our registered company details are checked against our statutory records, and the Corporate information page shows when they were last checked.
8.2 We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time without notice. We do not promise that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors or harmful code, although we take reasonable steps to protect it.
8.3 Apart from what we say in 8.1, the website is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we do not give any warranty about it.
9. Our liability
9.1 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Indian law, including liability for fraud, or any right you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be excluded by agreement.
9.2 The website is free and for information only. Subject to 9.1, we are not liable to you for:
- any loss or damage arising from reliance on information on the website, including product descriptions and product status;
- any loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, opportunity, goodwill or data; or
- any indirect or consequential loss,
arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website.
9.3 Subject to 9.1, our total liability to you for anything arising from the website or these terms is limited to ₹1,000 (one thousand rupees).
9.4 If you use any product described on the website, including on its own website, or enter into a signed agreement with us, the terms of that product or of that agreement apply to that use or work, and this section does not.
10. Governing law and courts
10.1 These terms, and any dispute or claim arising from them or from the website, are governed by the laws of India.
10.2 Subject to 9.1, the courts in Telangana having jurisdiction over our registered office have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version and date at the top show when they last changed. The terms in force when you use the website are the ones that apply.
| Version | Effective from | What changed |
|---|---|---|
| 1.3 | 20 October 2026 | First published version |
12. General
12.1 If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
12.2 If we do not enforce any part of these terms straight away, we can still enforce it later.
12.3 These terms are written in English. If we publish a translation, the English version prevails if the two differ.
13. Contact us
For questions about these terms, write to hello@ledzo.in. For queries and grievances, including about personal data, contact Harish.D, Director, at grievance@ledzo.in, as shown on our home page, our Corporate information page and section 9 of our Privacy Policy.
