What it is built to do

Sales and purchase invoices, estimates, and credit and debit notes that carry your GSTIN, place of supply and CGST, SGST or IGST on each line. Share them as PDF.
Khata for customers and suppliers.
Record what you gave and what you got, see each party’s running balance, and send a customer a link to a read-only statement they can open without signing in. Anyone who has the link can see that statement, so send it only to that customer.
Counter billing and stock.
Ring up a sale quickly and see the day’s summary. Track products, stock in and out, and get an alert when stock runs low.
Reports you can hand to your accountant.

Sign in with your mobile number.
Create an account with your mobile number, then choose a business book, a personal book, or both.
Set up your business.
Add your business details and GSTIN if you have one. Each new business account is reviewed before it can issue invoices or use counter billing.
Record and share.
Add sales, payments and expenses as they happen, and share invoices and statements with the people they concern.
What Ledzo Books is, and is not
Ledzo Books is a tool for keeping your own records. It does not give tax, legal or investment advice, and it does not file returns for you. You stay responsible for your returns, so please have your accountant check your figures before you file.
Each new business account is reviewed before it can issue invoices.
Questions
Will Ledzo Books file my GST returns?
No. Ledzo Books keeps your invoices and registers and exports them for your accountant. Filing returns stays with you and your accountant.
Can I use it for my personal money as well as my shop?
Yes. One sign-in can hold a business book and a personal book.
Can my customers see their balance?
Yes. You can send a customer a link to a read-only statement of their account. They can open it without signing in. Anyone who has the link can see that statement, so send it only to that customer.
